Ok, if you want to increase your self esteem you have to take baby steps. Start every morning by looking at yourself in the mirror and saying, “Wow, you’re a beautiful person”. I know it’ll be hard to do at first but keep doing it. Start looking into positive activities that make you happy. Whether it’s running, walking the dog, swimming, anything. And of course you have to surround yourself with positive people. Don’t surround yourself with people who want to give you negative vibes or act negatively around you.
Good luck!
Hi! I used to have EXTREMELY low self esteem and part of that was because of my familly and what others were saying….if that is your problem try defeding your self and it will make you feel a whole lot better……….otherwise try working out at the gym and really giving it all you’ve got…that really helps…..ex. weight lifting, kick boxing class, running
GET ACTIVE!!!! Whether you take Educational courses, master a Hoby or a craft, Volunteer, anything that gets you motivated will aid in building your self esteem. Be realistic and understand that nothing happens overnight, but every day you put it off will mean it is one day longer before you see results.
do something that makes you proud, like help the homeless or create a work of art.
By setting realistic goals and achieving them.
