10 Ways to Raise Your Self-esteem
Books. There are plenty of books that can help you to raise your self-esteem. Read a self-esteem self-help book (such as The Self-Esteem Toolbox) or simply pick a book that makes you feel good about yourself. The book doesn’t necessarily have to be about the topic self-esteem in order to raise your self-esteem. Choose books that are positive and inspiring.
Home study programs. To benefit from the guidance of an expert at the same time as you have the comfortability and freedom of working on your self-esteem wherever and whenever you want, you can choose a self-esteem home study program. Check for example the Self-Esteem Toolkit Series (three versions: basic, “for busy people” and deluxe).
